Cemetery Direct Partnership Terms
By signing below, the Cemetery ("Partner") agrees to participate in the Cemetery Direct headstone partnership program under the following terms:
1. Revenue Share. Partner will receive a 20% commission on every completed headstone sale facilitated through the Cemetery Direct program. Commissions are calculated on the headstone sale price (excluding installation and foundation costs where applicable).
2. Payment Schedule. Commission payments will be mailed to the Partner's cemetery address monthly, following the close of each calendar month in which sales were completed.
3. No Cost to Partner. There is no enrollment fee, monthly fee, or minimum sales requirement to participate in the program. Cemetery Direct provides all training materials, pricing sheets, brochures, and design tool access at no cost.
4. Product & Fulfillment. Cemetery Direct is responsible for headstone manufacturing, quality control, and shipping. Typical delivery is within 10 weeks of order approval. Partner is responsible for coordinating installation at the cemetery.
5. Training & Support. Cemetery Direct will provide initial training on the design tool and sales process, followed by ongoing support. A follow-up call will be scheduled two weeks after onboarding, with monthly check-ins thereafter.
6. Termination. Either party may terminate this partnership at any time with 30 days written notice. Pending orders at the time of termination will be fulfilled and commissions paid as normal.
7. Modifications. Cemetery Direct reserves the right to modify product pricing and program terms with 30 days advance written notice to the Partner.
